OVERVIEW.
Michelle Grosser is an experienced Community Support Worker offering personalised, strengths-based support for people living with disability and mental health challenges. Alongside all core support services, Michelle specialises in Art Therapy, Equine Assisted Therapy, Pet Therapy, and capacity-building support for people wanting to return to work, explore self-employment, or create a new business aligned with their abilities and interests.
With 26 years of professional experience, Michelle brings a unique skill set to support participants in building confidence, setting goals, expressing creativity, and pursuing practical pathways into meaningful work. Her approach is calm, flexible, and trauma-informed, blending emotional support with real-world skills that empower people to move forward at their own pace.
Michelle is passionate about inclusive support that recognises each person as capable, creative, and worthy of opportunities - whether that means connecting through animals, rebuilding work confidence, or turning an idea into something real.
Supporting participants to live an ordinary, meaningful life is at the heart of Michelle’s work. She provides respectful assistance with daily tasks, personal care, and gentle exercise, always guided by each person’s goals and lifestyle. Whether it’s walking around the block, building confidence step by step, or enjoying an aquatic class at the local pool, support is tailored to what feels achievable and empowering. New skills are learned at an individual pace placing one foot in front of the other each day, with encouragement, dignity, and choice at every step.

What participants say...
Anything can happen. That's the beauty of creating.
Together, we can bring more creativity into the world.
Nature and nurture work hand in hand to support growth, healing, and wellbeing. Time spent in natural environments can calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and create space to reconnect with ourselves, while nurturing support provides safety, encouragement, and trust. When people are gently supported in nature - whether through movement, creativity, or connection with animals - they’re given the opportunity to learn, grow, and build confidence at their own pace. It’s in this balance of environment and care that meaningful change often begins.
